Why NaXum, Why Now

On our most recent episode of the NaXum Podcast, we asked our team members ‘why’ they chose to be a part of NaXum.

We’re big fans of ‘starting with why’, the thought Simon Sinek proposed in his viral ted talk on how true leaders inspire action in their teams.

Sharing your ‘why’ unpacks the intentions, hope, and vision behind the reasons you do the work you do. Your ‘why’ gives perspective around the actions you take on a daily basis.

Mark shared the power our north star “Deliver Wow” offers. One of the keys to our NaXum brand has been to create experiences that wow our clients and their members. By taking the time to go the distance in defining meaningful reporting and creating apps that feel like a top leader sitting next to the newest person on the team, we’re creating wow experiences in our platform every single day.

Craig shared NaXum as a place for individuals to up their skills and mindset. Ben shared that his ‘why’ at NaXum comes from the impact of the NaXum Why. When we build elegant platforms that are easy for our client’s members to use, we bring confidence to the referral marketing channel. When members are confident they take action, we measure their actions and optimize the content in the channel, thus creating a fly-wheel of viral sharing success.
