Last month, 1,100 companies in the gig opportunity space received notice from the FTC that the messaging used to promote their business opportunity with ‘income claims’ in the marketplace was not acceptable to the FTC’s standard:

 

 

It’s becoming clearer that you as the company, must be the ones not only to create great products and services but also to model the appropriate behavior your promoters should follow.
