You’ve heard that authenticity is key when building a business online through social media. What does it look like to lead an organization where the members are living authentically online and attracting customers to your company in referral marketing?
There are 3 keys we’ve seen to create a culture of referral partners that authentically build online.
Part I: Train Daily
Create an environment that reinforces the value of living authentically online and conduct training on what an authentic post looks like.
By setting expectations to your tribe that your company is one where people live authentically to attract others, you lay the groundwork for a strong culture.
Living authentically online can look very different to different people. The training programs you create are an incredible opportunity to highlight the different personalities of your promoters and share examples of how each chooses to live out your company’s culture.
Part II: Model Behaviours
The apps and mobile technology you develop can be configured to model the behaviors you’d like to see your members express as they authentically share your company online.
