I’ve had the honor of serving direct selling companies as a vendor for over 12 years now and am amazed at how the expectations of what the ‘field leaders’ will bring to the table versus what the ‘corporate team’ will bring to the table have changed.
Today more than ever, it’s expected that the company itself will provide a compliant selling system that is actually converting new retail customers and promoters.
To execute the vision of a compliant selling system(that is actually working) you must engage in an ongoing process, not a one-time effort. We’ve seen clients increase their effectiveness faster by getting access to data about their members that they’ve never had before.
We call this data “insights”.
