NaXum Appoints New President of Operations and Vice President of HR & Finance

NaXum’s President of Operation and VP of HR & Finance leadership seats focus on culture alignment and the right skill set for each job position.

Naxum’s leadership has been restructured recently as the company added a new President of Operations seat.

Necta Casiple, the former Vice President of HR & Finance at NaXum, has been promoted to the President of Operations (PO) position. Her main responsibility as PO is “providing a wow-quality platform and successful launches of projects in collaboration with the President of Technology” as her personal bio on the company’s team page notes: https://naxum.com/meet-the-team.php

Following Casiple’s promotion, Phoebe Secretaria took over the VP of HR and Finance seat. She was one of NaXum’s Senior HR Champs and Casiple was her direct report.

Secretaria’s main responsibility as VP of HR and Finance is to ensure that NaXum has the RIGHT people to work on its mission of building transformational platforms for businesses. The vision, according to their website, is to “bless up billions of business souls to gamify their lives to share products and services they care deeply about so they experience the magical power of Referral Marketing.”

The selection process for these two leadership seats focuses on culture alignment and the right skill set for each job position.

NaXum is still hiring additional Core Tech Engineers, and Commissions Engineers. Both positions focus on Backend Development using the PHP language and Laravel framework.

Furthermore, NaXum is still hiring for Sales Executive who is responsible for hunting new relationships.
